FOX ADVERTISEMENT FM777
- FOX ADMENT FM777 is a naphthalene sulfonate-based concrete admixture that provides rheoplastic properties to concrete, increasing its early and ultimate strength, and acting as a high-performance water reducer/superplasticizer.
- Public Works Item No: 04.613/ 1-A3 TS EN 934-2
- Table 3.1 and Table 3.2 = High-Performance Water Reducer/Superplasticizer Concrete Admixture
- Complies with ASTM C 494 Type F = High-Performance Water Reducer Concrete Admixture Standards.
Product Details
Applications
Used in ready-mixed concrete production with and without pumps,
In wet shotcrete production,
In precast and prefabricated concrete production,
In prestressed concrete production with low water/cement ratio,
In places where early formwork removal is required, and in rheoplastic concretes that can be easily placed in heavily reinforced concrete elements.
Advantages
Reduces the amount of water by at least 12% by weight compared to additive-free concrete.
Provides lower water/cement ratio at the same workability or high workability and easy pumpability at the same water/cement ratio compared to additive-free concrete.
Increases early and ultimate strengths compared to additive-free concrete.
Increases the compressive and flexural strength of concrete compared to additive-free concrete.
Reduces formwork removal time compared to additive-free concrete.
Increases the abrasion resistance of concrete by reducing segregation and bleeding.
Increases the resistance of concrete to freeze-thaw cycles. It improves other mechanical properties of concrete such as impermeability, durability, shrinkage, and creep.
It settles with less vibration, even in heavily reinforced concrete structures. It is chlorine-free.
